This update also ships more desktop integration parts that are provided by upstream:

desktop launcher for the syncthing service (can be used as a DE autostart target, as an alternative to the systemd user session service)
desktop launcher for the local syncthing web UI

The .desktop files show up in my applications menu and Syncthing itself is still functional, but the dnf Systemd scriplet gave an error. I manually restarted the syncthing user services by running systemctl --user restart syncthing.
