This is a major change to Finnish spell checking. The voikko-fi package now replaces the malaga-suomi-voikko package. The dictionaries in voikko-fi have now been written in the VFST format. Finnish spell checking will be faster and produce better results.
Additionally, the Python module is Python 3 now and Python 2 support is dropped.
