This update removes a fedora-third-party call to chcon when editing DNF configuration files that wasn't useful and was causing problems when called from gnome-initial-setup with selinux enabled. It also adds several SELinux permissions that are necessary to allow fedora-third-party to work correctly when run from gnome-initial-setup.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2021-d3cb1609c8

Works great! LGTM! =)
Seems OK, but this probable should been tested on fresh install.

This does not fully fix 2001837 , third party repos are still disabled after install if you try to enable them in g-i-s. I've edited the update to not mark that bug as fixed if it's pushed stable. I'm not clear if we need both this and an selinux-policy update to fix the problem, or if we don't really need this but we do need an selinux-policy update.
