OpenJDK FIPS Mode Now Uses the NSS SQL Database

Fedora 35+ no longer ships the legacy Berkeley DB format databases as part of NSS. OpenJDK will now instead use the SQLite NSS databases.

How to install

sudo dnf upgrade --advisory=FEDORA-2021-e2c673f0d0
