This update backports a fix to ensure necessary block device drivers are included in initramfs images. This should fix boot on several types of Amazon EC2 instance, among other configurations. It also backports a fix to include USB type C drivers in initramfs images, helping ensure output, storage, input etc. devices attached to USB-C ports are available during early boot.

This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes
Could this be pushed to F34? This issue is causing problems for OpenDev with images that will not boot on Rackspace.
Will this cause the default initramfs to be regenerated too?
No regressions found
