I've tested that this successfully fixes BZ#1941335 on a system that suffered from it with version
248~rc4-2.fc34. I also ran the 3 base test cases successfully. Thanks!This update has been pushed to testing.

Note that if someone wants to test systemd-resolved cache with this build, simplest way to revert to default configuration is to create symlink /etc/systemd/resolved.conf.d/nocache.conf -> /dev/null. Remember to delete the file after testing. I went through test scenarios I know of and everything seems fine but cache can probably be re-enabled in a later build.
