I can't edit or add any of my keys and groups before the application has been closed (autostart) and restarted after each system boot. However it can been fixed by downgrading to 2.6.6-5 and now it works every time.

You need to add a delay/sleep before the keepassxc command
The DE loads after keepassxc on some systems which causes problems
This was attempted to be fixed with adding flags in the .desktop filw
But of on older system need to add a sleep

@germano thanks for the update! However I've also noticed that it fails to clean my clipboard after 10 seconds (changed it to "3" for good measure), in other words, any username and password I copy to my clipboard will remain cached until system restart if and when I leave the kpxc window in the background. I did take the time to browse on GitHub beforehand and #7335 appears to be similar to my issue, but I can't say for sure.
