As with 5.16.6, my external monitor does not show up (but works with 5.15.14-200.fc35.x86_64)

Thinkpad E14 Gen 2 (intel) with Intel i7-1165G7

After a short research, it might be the following issue: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/-/issues/4698

The fix for this issue is scheduled for inclusion in 5.16.8: https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/20220207103804.958489222@linuxfoundation.org/

Looks ok for me. Works on baremetal (non UEFI mode) AMD Ryzen5 3600, Mainboard MSI B450M Mortar Max with prop. nvidia driver (510.47.03) from rpmfusion.org (GTX980 card). Works with Gnome-Desktop (Xorg). Regression test passed.

Working OK here. Still not able to test across my usual bare-metal test set though.

Works fine. Default and performance regression tests also pass on all my systems:

  • Ryzen 5800X on ASUS ROG X570-E with NVidia GTX 1070 running 510.47.03 RPMFusion drivers
  • dell XPS 13 9370 (Intel Core i7 8550U / UHD Graphics 620)

Though it seems tmpfs is noticably slower with any 5.16 kernel ... or maybe I'm imagining things.

Just noticed this is still an issue here: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2050036

Need still to check 5.16.8 - Changelog not indicating this was fixed....
