Changes in jmol 14.32.62:

• new feature: implements MODELKIT ROTATE axis1 axis2 {atoms} degrees
  • proper symmetry handling
  • will not move fixed atoms
• bug fix: (JavaScript only) modelkit atom clicking does not work, broken in 14.32.8

Sagemath was patched as follows:

• Add workaround for symlink/directory conflict (bz 2097773)
• When invoking jmol to create images, timeout after 5 minutes. This is a workaround for recently observed jmol hangs, but is not a proper fix.

The builds of e-antic, normaliz, Singular, and polymake are simple rebuilds due to the above changes.
