Correction for udev events on SCSI vports
Add hidden developer option "--fork_plugin" to fork and exec plugin directly from lsmcli
Misc. code improvements/bug fixes
- remove libxml2 dependency
- coverity corrections
- remove dlerror & library requirement
- remove visibility of some symbols that are private
