Default & performance tests pass (KVM)
Works for me.. It's been up for a few hours now with no issues noticed. The enabled Default and Performance tests pass OK.
Default and Performance tests passed on a NUC6i5SYK and on a Dell XPS 13 9350 laptop. Working fine on the laptop in normal use.

Works for me: all using the Mate Desktop Environment.

*** I’m intensely curious as to the reason for why sedna seems to randomly fluctuate between short (normally under 11 minutes) & extremely long (100+ minutes) elapsed times for the performance test!

It works
With the appropriate kernel option (nvidia-drm.modeset=1), previous functionality returns when using the Nvidia driver. See: Blanks TTY with NVIDIA driver since f36 upgrade
Tested for the nvidia efifb fix, works very well for that, no regressions noticed otherwise, works for me on my box
@omos I was running with perf-5.17.6-300.fc36.x86_64 indeed. After upgrading to perf-5.17.11-300.fc36.x86_64 all worked as expected.
i7-9700K(UHD Graphics 630): kernel regression test passed. Works fine for daily use.
perf top works fine with perf-5.17.11-300.fc36.x86_64 and 5.17.11-300.fc36.x86_64
