Update to Pyglet 1.5.23

Among other improvements, this update fixes incompatibility with ffmpeg 5: if it's installed, pyglet will avoid it and fall back to a different audio backend.

How to install

Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:

sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2022-d3b41b9484
