Several improvements and bug fixes: - added cmdline option to select v4l device input; - allow disabling cairo scaler; - added support for not using libv4l2; - added suppor for handling colorspaces; - added support for userptr; - removed obsolete filters, making it more performatic; - fixed several issues reported by Coverity; - added support for full screen mode; - updated README.md.
