This just ships a package specific cow directory /usr/share/cowsay-beefymiracle/cows and hook that into cowsay's cowpath via a file in /etc/cowsay/cowpath.d/ (available since upstream 3.7.0, but the /etc/cowsay/cowpath.d directory only shipped since Fedora package 3.7.0-6).
