This is failing even after we fixed the kf6 stuff today, so I think it must be missing a rebuild of something which has a qt 6.5-specific dep (the tests are failing because after they run, various qt6 packages are at 6.5.3-1, not the 6.6.0-2 from this update, which implies something is forcing dnf to use the older version to satisfy dependencies). I don't know what yet.
