Same problem as https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2023-f069ac712b#comment-3113040 . We wanted to see if a rebuild would fix it, but it doesn't. The problem really is that it crashes unless the new subpackage is added to the installer environment.
Note, I'll do a lorax build that pulls the subpackage in. After that goes through we can retest this and it should be OK.
https://github.com/weldr/lorax/pull/1334 is the lorax backport, we might actually want to wait for bcl's opinion before backporting it.
With a bit more understanding of exactly what's going on I'm more confident the lorax patch is correct regardless, so I've gone ahead and backported it and fired a build - https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=103749561 . When that's done I'll re-run the tests on this update and they should pass.
ugh, due to the two updates being interdependent, we can't really push them separately. i'm doing new builds in a side tag to create a combined update.
