I have no idea how it was possible for somebody not associated with this package to trigger this build. Either way, the fact that there's a newer version available is not a reason to leave negative feedback.
I was the one who has accidentally created the build. I typed
fedpkg buildwhen what I wanted to do wasfedpkg local. Sorry for the noise - as all I did was checkout and build at least I will not have broken anything ...
