Update to version 24.2.0.
This release adds a new --compat CLI flag for rust2rpm, which automatically sets the correct version suffix for compat packages based on the specified version. The --suffix SUFFIX argument that was previously used for generating compat packages with a manually specified version suffix has been deprecated in favor of the new automatic --compat flag.
