Another fix for making the desktop icon for the installer work in Xfce

This update fixes the anaconda (installer) icon displaying a warning when clicked on Xfce live images.

How to install

Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:

sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2023-76b7e94b44

How to test this on a live-media (thanks Sean M):

 sudo rm -f /.liveimg*   
 sudo dnf install -y https://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org//packages/livesys-scripts/0.4.3/1.fc38/noarch/livesys-scripts-0.4.3-1.fc38.noarch.rpm    
 sudo systemctl restart livesys.service

worked fine
