Version 2.10.1 of udisks2. The lorax update is needed to pull some packages into the installer environment which were previously being included as dependencies of udisks2, but no longer are, since udisks2 downgraded the dependencies to recommends.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
sudo dnf upgrade --refresh --advisory=FEDORA-2023-772a904c63

this is a real bug: udisks2 changed all its hard dependencies on filesystem tools packages to Recommends, and this exposed the fact that we've actually been relying on udisks2's deps to pull some of those packages - including dosfstools - into the installer environment. The installer environment doesn't pull in Recommends, so it now can't format EFI system partitions. I'm sending a fix for this to lorax, will edit the lorax build into this update.
