The python3-hdmf package depends on a particular version of this package (generally but not 100% necessarily the one it was released with) as a precaution, but I didn’t update it when I updated this. That was a mistake. Either this update should not reach F38, or python3-hdmf should have the dependency version updated at the same time. See: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2219455
