This llvm-libs is breaking both Fedora's chromium and Google's chrome browser. 100% reproducible. Upgrade and downgrade this single package then restart the browser to see it go haywire.

llvm-libs-16.0.6-2.fc38.x86_64 - WORKING llvm-libs-16.0.6-3.fc38.x86_64 - EXTREME RENDERING GLITCHES AND SLOW VIDEO

Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

Sorry i wasn't sure if "Unpush" here worked (it did apparently).

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2236516#c11

As discussed here the problem turned out to be chrome/chromium generated code caches causing the browser to malfunction after certain mesa/llvm updates.

https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2193335 People will have unexpected surprises from their browser but this isn't llvm's fault. chromium needs to learn to invalidate its generated code caches.

Resubmitting llvm for updates-testing.
