OpenQA tests are successful. The AVCs reported in update.upgrade_server_domain_controller test suite are known and have corresponding bugs opened already.

Tested by installing ipa server with CA KRA and DNS, works well
I confirm this update allows IPA to generate AD-compatible PAC PrivSvr signatures, by relying on the "pac_privsvr_enctype" KDB string attribute introduced in krb5 1.21.
