Updates desktop branding to no longer perform background setting. This is set via the desktop-backgrounds-budgie package. When installing both packages and rebooting, assuming no changes done to the background you should be greeted with the Fedora 39 background. Upon login, you should also be greeted with the Fedora 39 background.
Updates may require up to 24 hours to propagate to mirrors. If the following command doesn't work, please retry later:
