Generally working however... when you Ctl right/middle/left click, the options are bounded with a line only on the top and left side, on Fedora 37 the options are enclosed by a box, ie the line is on all 4 sides. The Fedora 37 is in a VirtualBox VM, while the test on 38 is native as follows:
