I haven't tested whether it works or not, but I found it surprising that the new entry it added to the GRUB menu ended up being the first / topmost one, i.e. the order ended up being
memtest86+
fedora (kernel 3)
fedora (kernel 2)
fedora (kernel 1)
fedora (rescue)
windows loader
If I didn't know what memtest86+ was, I'd be very confused why there's a random new boot entry at the top.
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

Works on my UEFI and older BIOS machines, but I see an error message on on BIOS boot:
"error: ../../grub-core/loader/i386/pc/linux.c:407:filename expected
Press any key to continue..."
Nonetheless, Memtest86+ starts and runs after pressing a key or after a few seconds if no key is pressed.
No such error message on my UEFI computer however.
Works for me on BIOS and UEFI machines with SecureBoot disabled. Had to adjust the path name within BLS snippet for some disk configurations.
Works great! LGTM! =)
This update can be pushed to stable now if the maintainer wishes

Works, although it shouldn't be added as the top entry as @decathorpe said
