Just noticed that Thunar crashes when trying to open a locked ecryptfs Private directory. Easy reproducer without need to install ecryptfs:
mkdir testdir
cd testdir
touch foobar.desktop
ln -s foobar.desktop badlink.desktop
Thunar 4.18.9 crashes when trying to open testdir while 4.18.8 does not. As this case is very special it is okay to push this update to stable, though.

This should probably be obsoleted pretty quick. @norbertj, that's the bug, which is fixed with the following update https://mail.xfce.org/pipermail/xfce/2023-December/038192.html
