crypto-policies-20230301-1.gita12f7b2.fc38, rust-rpm-sequoia-1.3.0-1.fc38, & 1 more

FEDORA-2023-bd9a4614ad created by decathorpe a year ago for Fedora 38
  • Update rpm-sequoia to version 1.3.0, which adds support for loading a custom crypto policy for RPM.
  • Update sequoia-policy-config to version 0.6.0.
  • Add a separate rpm-sequoia backend to crypto-policies, which allows SHA-1 and 1024 bit DSA by default.

These changes should fix interactions with third-party RPMs and repositories that were previously blocked by system crypto policy.
