This update brings the godot package to the latest 4.0-stable release, and provides the latest release in the 3.x stable branch as a new godot3 package.
Godot 4.0 is a major, compatibility breaking update to the Godot game engine. The 3.x branch will be a long-term supported one for users who are currently developing projects with it, and therefore we still provide it in Fedora via the godot3 package.
Both packages also make use of the new wslay package as a BuildRequires, to unbundle the vendored copy. wslay is a lightweight WebSocket library.
