i7-9700K(UHD Graphics 630): kernel regression test passed. Works fine for daily use.
Default and Performance regression tests passed on both the laptop and on the NUC that were tested.
Working fine in normal use for over 10 hours.

At the moment it's best for those affected who regularly game to stick to <= 6.3 kernel release until the issue is fixed.
No issues on POWER9 + Radeon 5450.
