Looks like mesa is gonna need a rebuild too.
Problem: package mesa-libOpenCL-23.2.0~rc2-3.fc39.x86_64 from @System requires libLLVMSPIRVLib.so.16()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
- cannot install both spirv-llvm-translator-17.0.0-1.fc39.x86_64 from updates-testing and spirv-llvm-translator-16.0.0-4.fc39.x86_64 from @System
- cannot install both spirv-llvm-translator-17.0.0-1.fc39.x86_64 from updates-testing and spirv-llvm-translator-16.0.0-4.fc39.x86_64 from fedora
- cannot install the best update candidate for package spirv-llvm-translator-16.0.0-4.fc39.x86_64

@pgreco Thanks for reporting, added compat package to the update!
clang tests failed because testing farm tries to install all the packages in this Bodhi update, but spirv-llvm-translator16 conflicts with spirv-llvm-translator, and fails to prepare the environment. I ran the tests manually, all passed.
@frantisekz so this just needed the "waive tests" button to be clicked again. we didn't actually have waivers for all the failures (we didn't have waivers for failures caused by the spirv-llvm-translator16 conflict).
I don't know yet why Bodhi thought we had waivers for all those tests, but I'm going to look into it. I do know Bodhi's code for displaying those thumbs up has issues, see https://github.com/fedora-infra/bodhi/issues/5397 .
