Using XFS on my boot drive, this update stopped my system from booting.
When grub loads it immediately starts displaying multiple lines of the following error and doesn't allow me to do anything in grub:
error: ../../grub-core/fs/xfs.c:541:not a correct XFS inode.
Downgrading grub resulted in grub loading as intended and allowing me to boot the system.
Prior to downgrading, tried running xfs_repair and reinstalling the boot loader but neither made a difference.
I also have XFS on my boot drive and the system could no longer boot. Exact same error messages as above.
I went back to revision 109.
@cargotwig @glanzick Can you please open a bugzilla ticket and give as much info as possible as I wasn't able to reproduce the issue.
Thanks.
@nfrayer I did open BZ#2254370 but there's not much more detail there. I'm willing to help debug if you can give me some help.
My machine was originally F36 upgraded every release to F39, haven't touched the boot partition since it was created there.
