plasma freezes with recurring notification of "Desktop effects were restarted due to a graphics reset"
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.

I'm still having this bug here, for using sddm-wayland-plasma, but overall the upgrade works fine.

My panel settings were changed -- the height was reset to default. Also 24 hour display on digital clock lost leading zeros for morning times (no big deal, but an unwanted change).
I have not noticed any regressions or resetted settings
