The update is being blocked by yubikey-manager-qt (its dependency):

 Problem: package yubikey-manager-qt-1.2.4-6.fc37.x86_64 requires python3-yubikey-manager < 5, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install both python3-yubikey-manager-5.1.0-1.20230417git4abe6b5.fc37.noarch and python3-yubikey-manager-4.0.9-3.20220617git21d3513.fc37.noarch
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package yubikey-manager-qt-1.2.4-6.fc37.x86_64
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package python3-yubikey-manager-4.0.9-3.20220617git21d3513.fc37.noarch

Does yubikey-manager-qt need to go away? Any chance of coordination?

Sorry, this was a mistake on my part. This update is not compatible with F37. I've opened a ticket to resolve.
