Upstream, the map_workspace_root setting defaults to true if the dune lang setting is 3.0 or greater. We have made it default to false in all cases, because the true setting has been found to prevent generating good debuginfo. If a project explicitly sets map_workspace_root, we do not change it; this is a change in the default only.
The ocaml-mdx build is a simple rebuild due to the ocaml-csexp and ocaml-version updates.
