There seems to be a dependency problem here:

Which is...odd. Especially that last one:

it thinks "Obsoletes: systemd-udev < 251.13^" covers systemd-udev-251.13-3.fc37.x86_64 , but that doesn't seem right. Is the bare ^ confusing it, perhaps?

After update "bootctl update": Failed to open "/usr/lib/systemd/boot/efi": No such file or directory. Need to install systemd-boot-unsigned manually.

Latest build works here, and It is much appreciated from the kernel folks using F37 as a development base.

@nucleo: please open a bugzilla, and describe how you upgraded. I tested an upgrade a few different ways, and I always get the same result:
