This broke
spyder, which, unfortunately, has dependencies tightly pinned. No action required regarding this update, right now. I intent to update Spyder to 6.0.0, which will require the newer version. I also intent to push Spyder 6.0.0 to F41 after the freeze. I will open a pull request to have that branch updated when I'm ready.I'm sorry. I usually check via repoquery whether dependant packages do/don't pin the version of the package I work on. I forgot to do it this time.
