Add to kwin-x11 a patch that was already applied to kwin, fixing the kwin-x11 crash (#2280852, #2280899). While by itself the patch appears to be only useful for Wayland, having the patch applied only to kwin and not kwin-x11 was causing a binary incompatibility that crashed kwin-x11, so the patch had to be applied to kwin-x11 as well.
