BZ#2278534 initramfs generation on Apple silicon devices is down to more reasonable 50 - 150 seconds (from 5 - 25 minutes). Systems boot without issues with the regenarated images. dracut-103 has further optimizations to bring the the initramfs generation time back to dracut-059 state.
