This update backports PR #405, PR #406 and PR #407. 405 fixes some errors caused by confusing ProviderException.code with ProviderException.statuscode. 406 and 407 include token_introspection_endpoint and introspection_endpoint in the .well-known/openid-configuration config, which should fix token introspection with flask-oidc and hence make filing waivers via bodhi work again (see https://github.com/release-engineering/waiverdb/issues/219 ).
