The only change compared to version 26.1 is the reintroduction of the --cap-lints=warn flag to the default RUSTFLAGS. It turns out many Rust packages use something like#![deny(warnings)] (i.e. the Rust equivalent of the -Werror flag), and removing the error-to-warning downgrade for lints broke too many packages.
