This update's test gating status has been changed to 'waiting'.
This update has been submitted for testing by bodhi.
This update's test gating status has been changed to 'failed'.
This is failing due to a dep issue in gvfs:
Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package gvfs-goa-1.53.90-1.fc40.x86_64 - nothing provides libmsgraph-0.so.1()(64bit) needed by gvfs-goa-1.54.0-2.fc40.x86_64 from advisory
Ah, looks like that was in FEDORA-2024-01fd5aa621 , but there has not yet been a compose since that was pushed stable.

Seeing this with gnome-usage update attempt
Problem: cannot install the best update candidate for package gnome-usage-45.0-1.fc40.x86_64 - nothing provides libadwaita >= 1.5 needed by gnome-usage-46.0-1.fc40.x86_64 from updates-testing
Installed version of libadwaita is this:
libadwaita-1.5~beta-1.fc40.x86_64
Probably a libadwaita update is in the works, but not in koji yet.
It seems like with this or a previous update to GNOME in Fedora 40, it has forgotten the default audio output device. See: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/t/f40-regression-internal-audio-output-device-not-found/109495 https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/libgnome-volume-control/-/issues/25
py3status+dbus will FTI with this as it did on rawhide. (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2271293)
I took care of the rawhide rebuild and pushed the rebuild commit to py3status/f40 as well. Should I build it into this side-tag target, or how do we edit the bodhi update?
There's a regression in gnome-control-center compared to RC1, the Thunderbolt tab can't be opened now: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/2973
Bodhi is disabling automatic push to stable due to negative karma. The maintainer may push manually if they determine that the issue is not severe.
The issue above is now fixed, we just need to include the patch in Fedora.
The tracker-miners package is in a permanent SIGSYS crash-loop:
In addition to the above crashes, the libadwaita dep issue mentioned above looks pretty serious.
The tracker-miners crashloop may be worked around by masking the
tracker-miner-fs-3.service
(it's a--user
service or--global

The updated tracker-miners package appears to have resolved the crash-loop for me. Thanks!

no issues
The tracker and tracker-miners 3.7.1 updates are both urgent and should be included here if possible.
I've also created a conflicting gnome-online-accounts update FEDORA-2024-f9a552eeb4 because I don't have permission to touch this update. Would probably be better to rebuild for this side tag instead.

My conflicting update has been unpushed in preference to this one.
I haven't yet tested today's changes, but yesterday's version of this update is generally functional.

Oh my, it seems we have a loupe bug... https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2272149
If someone could give positive karma on FEDORA-2024-3a15d9bc6a before the freeze then the FTI which is caused by this updated here is solved by that update :-)
