Sync client itself works, the dolphin integration is still broken on Fedora 40 since 3.12.x versions doesn't support Plasma 6. This is fix in 3.13.x release.
The nextcloud-client binary package requires Qt and KDE libraries. Shouldn't they be split into a separate package for KDE users? In any case, I don't see any regressions compared to the previous version.
