Update to version 0.17.3.
This update also includes a better upgrade path for users who previously had exa installed - by providing a symbolic link that points from the old name to the new one (exa -> eza) and adding virtual Provides for exa to the package, since it is now a drop-in replacement for all intents and purposes.
