This build adds an upstream patch to fix a number of typos and other issues in the texinfo documentation. It also adds an explicit runtime dependency on libtirpc-devel, since code can be generated which invokes libtirpc functions. Finally, the build works on s390x again, apparently due to fixes to gcc.
