This update adds an Obsoletes to avoid ima-evm-utils remaining installed on upgrade to Fedora 41. ima-evm-utils should no longer be needed in most cases, only ima-evm-utils-libs; ima-evm-utils now pulls in rpm-plugin-ima, which we do not want installed usually (it should be opt-in only).
If you have already upgraded from an earlier release to F41, you likely have rpm-plugin-ima installed. Unless you want to opt in to the IMA advanced security feature, we recommend uninstalling it.
