New boost packages are available to fix a bug in Boost.Math where float_next(+INF) and float_prior(-INF) return NaN instead of returning infinity.

Backports an upstream bugfix for Boost.Multiprecision addressing an unexpected thrown exception.

works great! previous i have to apply a patch to work around this issue, and the test passes without this workaround.
