I think this broke podman. rawhide gating is turned off ATM (due to branching) so it wasn't gated, but all podman tests that ran before this landed, with the previous 20240814...32.fc42 build, passed; all podman tests run with this build have failed. You can see this by looking at https://openqa.fedoraproject.org/tests/2792091#next_previous, looking at the failed and passed runs and checking the kernel version shown in the screenshots after _console_wait_login_2. We probably need to untag this.
