This update fixes things so that individual firmware files are compressed and de-duplicated again. This was broken in 20241017-1 due to upstream changes. There should be no functional difference, but the firmware files should take up ~500M less disk space than they did in 20241017-1.

System is operational after a reboot. No issues so far. It looked like things took up less space, at least according to the transaction log in DNF. The packages were significantly smaller, as described.
