This bumped three sonames. The previous version provided libmbedcrypto.so.7()(64bit), libmbedtls.so.14()(64bit) and libmbedx509.so.1()(64bit); this version provides libmbedcrypto.so.16()(64bit), libmbedtls.so.21()(64bit) and libmbedx509.so.7()(64bit).

This was not announced in a mail to devel@ and the owners of dependent packages, violating the update policy: "For updates to Rawhide packages, maintainers MUST: ... When a proposed update contains an ABI or API change: notify a week in advance both the devel list and maintainers directly (using the packagename-maintainers@fedoraproject.org alias) whose packages depend on yours to rebuild or offer to do these rebuilds for them."

Given the length of that list, the best thing to do might be to abandon this update, create a side tag, do an mbedtls-3.6.0-2.fc41 build on that side tag, get all the dependencies rebuilt on the side tag, and then create a new update from the side tag.
